Ordering:

Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail. Orders must be received the day before your regularly scheduled route at the very latest. Orders will be filled on a first-placed, first-filled basis.

 

Delivery:​

All plants are delivered by us at no extra charge on our regularly scheduled routes.  We are currently servicing Garden Centres in Durham Region, York Region, Kawartha Lakes Region, and Northumberland.

A listing of current availability will be available for e-mailing every week. Or, if you prefer, view the list here (please contact us for password). Please contact us if you wish to receive this list during the selling season.

Customer Feedback:

At Cedar Trail, the variety of plants we carry has largely been selected by you, our customers. If there is a variety of plant that you are having a hard time finding or if one of your favorites is missing from our selection, please let us know so we can have it available for the next season.

Sizes:

We carry the following sizes:

15cm

1 gallon 

2 gallon

3 gallon

The majority of our product is in 15cm pots and are sold 8 pots per flat.  1 gallon pots are sold 6 per flat.  2 and 3 gallon pots are sold individually.​

Retail Price Labeling Program:

​

We print on 1” x 4” weatherproof stickers with long-lasting weatherproof ink, created specifically for this industry.  The cost is $0.30 per label.

Terms of Sale: 

​

For non-established accounts, all orders are C.O.D. until a credit record and references are established. For established accounts with approved credit, our terms are Net 30 days.

​

A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) is assessed on past due accounts.
