Ordering: 

Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail. Orders must be received the day before your regularly scheduled route at the very latest. Orders will be filled on a first-placed, first-filled basis.

 

Delivery:​

All deliveries will be made by order. All plants are delivered on Cedar Trail trucks at no extra charge on our regularly scheduled routes. If you are outside of our regular delivery area, please call and we will try to arrange special delivery.

Some locations lie on route of more than one destination and will have the option of multiple delivery dates.

​

Pick-up of plants is welcome with arrangements made in advance.

Customer Feedback:

At Cedar Trail, the variety of plants we carry has largely been selected by you, our customers. If there is a variety of plant that you are having a hard time finding or if one of your favorites is missing from our selection, please let us know so we can have it available for the next season.

Sizes:

The majority of our plants are in 15cm pots and are sold 8 pots per flat, unless otherwise noted.​

​

Retail Price Labeling Program:

We print on 1” x 4” weatherproof stickers with long-lasting weatherproof ink, created specifically for this industry.

Option 1: Pre-ordered, applied: $0.30 per label (requires 2 days notice)

Option 2: Label only, ready for you to apply $0.15 per label

Terms of Sale: 

For non-established accounts, all orders are C.O.D. until a credit record and references are established. For established accounts with approved credit, our terms are Net 30 days.

​

A finance charge of 2% per month (24% annually) is assessed on past due accounts.
